2011 Tour Testimonials

Wow your show is amazing and hilarious to boot.” – Lauren McLoughlin

Company Jump was a real bonus to have come to Burns lake. Not only is it lively, peppy and very musical, it is a great bridge to the whole message of November 11.”

Great job! Amazing show, very entertaining. It’s like I’m sitting on a ship in 1943. Thanks!”

I saw the Andrews sisters a couple of times and this act is just typical- all their moves and songs are just perfect!” –Alan Blackwell (WWII vet)

It had a lovely atmosphere for Armistice day – lifted the somber and sad mood and breathed joy into this painful nostalgia.”

I grew up listening to this sound – wonderful harmony and excellent big band. It is fun and has spirit that is most endearing. So close to the Remembrance day, it has been very poignant.”

You know, I saw the Andrews Sisters several times in the 40’s, during and after the war. Those girls are just like the Andrews Sisters. It brought back so many good memories. I’ve been looking forward to the show ever since I saw it on your schedule this summer, and boy, I was NOT disappointed.”

I have to tell you a story. My daughter and I were in the hot tub this morning and all of a sudden, there were the Andrews Sisters. My husband had the CD on the stereo inside the house, and had it cranked up so loud, we could hear The Andrews Sisters outside on the deck, wafting through the snow and the pine trees.” – the day after our show in Prince George

The three Company Jump members of the Andrews Sisters Tribute Show have beautiful voices and wonderful harmonies.Their show is fast-paced, funny and nostalgically evocative of the WWII era. Their performance is polished and entertaining from first note to last, and left our audience cheering and smiling. The Sweetpea Swing Band by themselves, and accompanying Patty, Maxene and LaVerne (Nadine, Andrea and Jane), are delightful in their own right: very talented musicians who earned hearty applause from our audience after individual solos and as a collective ‘back-up band’. If Company Jump is coming to your town, and the show is not sold out already, you MUST get a ticket – right now. If you miss this show, get ready to hear your neighbours telling you all about it the next morning and saying: “You should have been there!” And they’ll be right! —Burns Lake Arts Council

PG reviewThank you for sweeping us away to another era for an evening. I hope to see your show again!!!!! Loved it! Loved it! Loved it! Top notch in every way!” Briget in Prince George
